In de categorie 'Bestaan ze nog?': Magnapop. Ja en nee. De drummer en de bassist zijn uit de band gestapt:

*Update: Shannon and Mark are no longer in the band. Current lineup is just Linda and Ruthie.

Mooi en triest - omdat ik er verder niets over terug kon vinden - is het bericht op de nieuwspagina van hun beste fansite:
"Linda and Ruthie will be playing at this year's SXSW music festival in Austin, TX. The show will be at Momo's on 6th Street Friday March 15. The band will also be doing an in-store performance at Tower Records on Saturday the 16th. "
Maar zelfs op de officiële SXSW-pagina's is hier niets over terug te vinden. Wordt morgen vervolgd (U denkt toch niet dat ik heavenly voice Linda Hopper zo maar uit het oog verlies, is het wel? Zelfs niet als ik dit soort foto's onder ogen krijg.).
